A code converter joins the migration guides

A code converter on the migration guides rewrites pasted Mapbox GL JS or Google Maps JavaScript for @unmap/sdk, in your browser: it lists every change it made, what is left to finish by hand, and what has no unmap equivalent. Nothing you paste is sent anywhere.
