Terrain is real: relief has its mountains, and outdoor joins the lineup

The relief style shipped with land tones lifted for a hillshade that did not exist yet. It exists now, as a DEM built from twelve NRCan CDEM sheets around Calgary, Montréal, and Iqaluit, and a fifth style, outdoor, builds on it with contour lines and trails.

• canada-dem.pmtiles (z0–12, terrarium-encoded) serving from /terrain, with MapLibre overzooming the z12 source beyond that level
• canada-contours.pmtiles serving outdoor contours from z9–14
• Hillshade and contours cover those twelve sheets today; outside them, relief and outdoor render flat
