Truck routing, and car as a spelling of auto

mode=truck on /route and /isochrone runs Valhalla's truck costing over the Canada graph with a validated vehicle profile. An unrecognised mode is a 400 that names the allowed values, and car is accepted alongside auto.

• height, width, length, weight, axle_load, axle_count, hazmat and use_truck_route, each range-checked and rejected on any other mode
• The docs say what OSM's restriction data does and does not cover, and that this is not a permit check
• Transit is not exposed; the feasibility study behind that decision is in the repo
