The quickstart is one application built up in seven steps, map to place to pin to route to theme, each shown running against api.unmap.dev beside the exact code that produced it. A live example prints only the options it was given, so the first map is demonstrably two statements.

• Live examples on the API pages too, and the failure bodies shown are the ones the gateway sends
• A map is not requested until its example scrolls into view
• A copy button on every fenced block, and Shiki highlighting on generated snippets
