Airports, stations, neighbourhoods and the other names people use

The geocoding corpus was rebuilt with the rows that were missing and the names the rows did not know. YYC resolves to the Calgary airport, Old Montreal resolves at all, and a place answers to its short and colloquial names.

• OSM airports and stations, with airport and train_station categories for /geocode/nearby, and IATA codes as searchable names
• Who's On First neighbourhoods, boroughs and campuses
• Alternate names from Who's On First and OSM, returned as extra keys in names and indexed for search
