Pricing: estimate your bill, and what counts as a call

The pricing page now has a bill estimator for Indie and Growth, and a short list of what counts as a call and what does not.

• Enter map loads, tile requests per load, geocodes, routes and other calls, and see what Indie and Growth would each bill, with the cheaper plan marked.
• Every request is one call, tiles included. Paid plans stop at their included calls until you set a spend cap, so the overage shown is what a cap would let through.
• A new section lists what counts as a call: a standard request that passes the key check, per-item billing for batch geocoding and Optimize, and the free endpoints.
