The Terms and Privacy Policy are final

Both documents stop being drafts, in English and in fr-CA. The Terms' billing text now matches what the code does, and the privacy policy names a Privacy Officer at privacy@unmap.dev with a retention table drawn from the actual TTLs.

• Governing law is Alberta, with a talk-first dispute path, a liability cap, mutual indemnity and 30 days' notice of material changes
• PIPEDA and Law 25 rights, account deletion with the seven-year billing carve-out, and 35-day backups
• Pricing meters the request, not the map load, and the page says so
